Email ahmadpour@gmail.com for app support, privacy questions, or help removing local account data.
Include your Susa Mail version, macOS version, the provider involved, what you expected to happen, and the error text. A redacted screenshot can help. Do not send passwords, app-specific passwords, authorization codes, access tokens, or an entire mailbox. There is no need to send private message content with an initial support request.
Gmail and Google Workspace
Use Google in the app to connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account. Sign-in happens on Google's website. Google access is currently limited to authorized private-test accounts, and a Workspace administrator may also restrict access. Google verification for broader public access remains pending.
Initial Google connection and mailbox loading have been tested. Broader testing, including delivery and reconnect scenarios, is still in progress. Google sending currently uses the connected account's primary address; choosing a Google alias as the sender is not implemented.
iCloud and other email providers
The development build includes iCloud and custom IMAP/SMTP connections. Its current iCloud flow uses an app-specific password. Direct iCloud provider sign-in is not available in Susa Mail; Apple eligibility and integration guidance are pending. These connections still require further real-account testing before public release.
For a custom domain, use the provider that already hosts its mailbox. Susa Mail does not create email hosting, change DNS, or migrate your mail. Never send mail-server passwords to support.
If a send is marked uncertain
Check your provider's Sent folder before retrying. A connection can end after a provider accepts a message but before Susa Mail receives confirmation. Retrying without checking may send a duplicate. A warning about saving a Sent copy is separate from whether the sending provider accepted the message.
Remove an account or revoke access
Open Susa Mail → Accounts & Privacy…, choose Remove…, and confirm. Google removal needs a working connection to revoke authorization; if removal fails, retry when connected or contact support. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections.
Removing the account clears its local app records when the operation succeeds. It does not delete your provider's mailbox. Provider-side revocation alone does not erase existing local copies. Read the Privacy Policy for storage, preview-file, and cleanup limitations.
AI and availability
AI assistance is planned and is not available in the current build. No release date is announced. This site does not offer a public download or promise access to private testing.
