Using Susa
Use Susa only with mailboxes you own or are authorized to access. Follow the terms and account rules of your email provider, including any rules set by your workplace or organization. Do not use Susa to access another person’s mailbox without permission or to bypass account restrictions.
Susa is an email client, not an email hosting service. Connecting an account does not move its hosting to Susa. Your email provider continues to operate the account and store its server-side messages.
Your messages and actions
You choose which accounts to connect and which messages to send, reply to, forward, or organize. Review the sending account, recipients, message content, and attachments before sending. Actions in Susa can change your live mailbox; private testing is not a simulated mailbox unless you explicitly choose the sample mailbox.
If Susa cannot confirm whether a message was sent, check your provider’s Sent folder before trying again. Sending another copy may result in duplicate delivery.
Availability during private testing
Access is currently limited to private testing. This page does not announce a public download or a public Mac App Store release.
Account connections depend on the relevant provider, including Google or Apple, and on provider approvals, account settings, organizational restrictions, and supported software. Direct Apple Account sign-in for iCloud Mail is not currently available in Susa. Features and availability may change as testing continues.
Privacy
Susa’s handling of account information, messages, attachments, and saved sign-in details is described in the Privacy Policy. Review it before connecting an account. Your email provider’s own privacy policy and terms also apply to its services.
Support
For help with Susa or these terms, email ahmadpour@gmail.com. Do not include passwords, app-specific passwords, sign-in codes, or access tokens in a support message.
